With inside and outside temperature, our motion sensors are used to optimize the best conditions for comfort and to save on utilities. There will be no need to buy a new HVAC unit or to add unnecessary equipment. We are able to use existing HVAC systems to achieve your goals of cutting cost and staying comfortable.
There is endless of benefits that come with making your existing HVAC system smart. Energy efficiency is just the start of the benefits. The benefits also include increased comfort for employees being green conscious and longer HVAC system life.
HVAC systems account for 40% to 70% of a commercial buildings monthly utility cost, with our system it can save 20% to 50% on monthly utilities cost . Optimizing HVAC systems are able to turn off a zone that is not in use. We do this by using sensors to detect when an area is vacant, it will close our automatic dampers in that zone or room. By using smart HVAC your building can detect where rooms can be distributing cool/heated air or turn off when the room is not in use. This also leads to increased life of the HVAC unit due to less use.
A few ways we automate your heating and cooling system with door sensors, occupant sensors and automatic dampers. If a door is left open for a long period of time, our sensors will detect the open door and will turn off the air conditioning. Occupant sensors work together with automatic dampers, they are able to be turned off in areas that are not commonly used. Our system is designed to expand as you expand and to be versatile to adapt to any environment.
