During these times of climate change, we felt the need to provide more energy efficient options for our customers. Cragin’s Construction Incorporated then decided to make a branch and create Cragin’s Building Automation Systems (CBAS). During our research we found many systems that would meet our clients needs but not their budget. It was during this time we discovered a system that did not use overpriced software and was not a cloud based systems that raised the risk of being hacked. We do not use costly proprietary hardware or software. Most of our system can incorporate existing configurations that is already in place with ones building. The system we install for our clients is designed to be customized to any sized building. The reason why our system is up to 80% cheaper than traditional building automation systems is that the majority of our devices are wireless and does not require to rewire a building. Everything we do is in house, from installation to programming your system and we do not charge you for software licensing fees.
